    Editorial Director Opportunity at Independent B2B Media Publishing Business

    • Collaborating with key stakeholders to establish an annual content/editorial strategy for each brand
    • Understanding each brand's target audience and enhancing audience engagement
    • Remaining updated on market share and competitor activities to spot trends and challenges
    • Supporting the Editors of each brand to maintain consistently high quality
    • Leading, managing, and empowering the team to foster a culture of excellence and innovation

    This role calls for someone who has served as a Head of Content, Editorial Director, Content Director, or Head of Editorial in a B2B publishing/media setting. We need someone who comprehends the workings of various media channels and products, as well as different audience and membership models.

    As part of the perks, you get free on-site parking, a hybrid work setup, fun lunchtime activities, as well as social events and awards for employees. The company currently follows a hybrid work arrangement, allowing up to 3 days of remote work per week.
