    Role Description:

    • Lead the development and implementation of the Project Management Office (PMO) framework, processes, and tools to support real estate development projects.
    • Establish project management standards, methodologies, and governance structures to ensure consistency and alignment with organizational objectives.
    • Define project controls strategies and procedures, including cost management, schedule management, risk management, and change management.
    • Provide guidance and oversight to project managers and teams, ensuring adherence to project management best practices and standards.
    • Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, budgets, and performance metrics, providing regular updates to senior leadership.
    • Monitor project performance and identify areas for optimization, implementing corrective actions and continuous improvement initiatives as needed.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, construction, finance, and legal, to drive project success and mitigate risks.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for project management inquiries, escalations, and decision-making.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in real estate, construction management, engineering, or related field; advanced degree or professional certifications (e.g., PMP, RICS) preferred.
    • Proven experience in project management and project controls within the real estate development industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
    • Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
    • Deep understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques, with proficiency in project management software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera P6).
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
    • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate and address project challenges, driving innovation and continuous improvement.
    • Knowledge of real estate development processes, regulations, and market trends is desirable but not essential.

    Package:

    • Up to £85K + Benefits + Bonus
