    About The Role

    The Community team at lululemon is responsible for creating, developing and executing marketing strategies that inspire and connect key stakeholders, internally and externally. The Senior Manager, Community Marketing EMEA is a key member of the wider EMEA Brand Marketing team, leading field marketing and retail marketing for the EMEA region.

    This is an FTC Maternity temporary cover for 14 months. The role reports to the Director of Community, Sports Marketing and Partnerships.

    Core Responsibilities
    • Lead & develop a team of Community Marketing Leads in market to create and execute engaging and innovative marketing plans in alignment with our brand Calendar to raise brand awareness, acquire and retain consumers and drive sales
    • Partner with EMEA leaders to contribute to an effective strategy to build long-term brand equity and drive growth
    • Responsible for Studio partnership and retail marketing strategies, including driving data acquisition and growing our lululemon database
    • Work seamlessly alongside senior key stakeholders across the business
    • Responsible for coaching our franchise partners on localised marketing campaigns and strategies, alongside the Senior Partnerships Manager
    • Create and oversee an effective marketing strategy and reporting structure for all new Store Openings and New Market entries
    • Manage all Community budgets on a monthly, quarterly & yearly basis to ensure no overspends and identify opportunities
    • Responsible for reporting on key metrics and quarterly results, speaking to brand awareness and brand love metrics

    • Proven experience of creating strategies within EMEA countries/cities with proven results
    • Possesses an entrepreneurial spirit and continuously innovates to achieve great results
    • Proven people development expertise
    • Written, presentation and verbal communication skills

    Role Classification: This role is classified as Hybrid under our global SSC Hybrid Workplace Policy. In-person collaboration is important, and much of the role can be performed remotely. Work is performed at both the SSC office and home office every week.
