- Championing the implementation of a new CRM system (PeopleVine) and refining processes to optimize member interactions.
- Establishing and maintaining community relationships, staying abreast of industry developments and competitor offerings.
- Developing detailed personas to guide the acquisition process and implementing an ambassadors program to drive membership growth.
- Collaborating closely with senior management and stakeholders to achieve financial targets and ensure operational excellence.
- Proven experience in membership acquisition and retention within the hospitality or private members' club sector.
- Strong strategic thinking and business planning skills, with a track record of achieving revenue targets.
