    Description

    Join our team as an Employee Engagement Officer and play a pivotal role in fostering a culture of excellence and collaboration within ISS.

    In this position, you will work closely with the management team to deliver quality engagement and communication strategies that align with both short and long-term business objectives.

    Your primary focus will be on promoting positive employee engagement and working closely with Operations Leads to optimise people performance.

    By upholding our company values and policies, you will contribute to creating a workplace where employees feel valued, motivated, and empowered to excel.

    Ensure confidentiality, privacy and dignity is maintained at all times in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation
    Manage a diverse variety of ER issues effectively mitigating any risks to the business, engaging ACAS code of practice and limiting employment tribunals
    Be the first point of contact to provide advice, guidance and support to managers regarding people management cases
    Ensure guidance is in line with the organisations policies, procedures and employment law and that you identify the risk prior to decisions being taken in order to minimise risk, reputational damage and financial exposure
    Knowledge of standard ACAS policies along with grievance and disciplinary resolution
    Microsoft Office, Excel and Power point
