- Posting and reconciliation of many aspects of financial information.
- Produce month-end management accounts information.
- Communicate with the wider technical team.
- Ensure compliance with all sanctions and payments in line with internal policies.
- Support internal or external audit activity as required.
- Processing documentation and information, including data inputting and generating correspondence in response to queries received.
- Offering general administrative support to team members as directed by management and responding to external enquiries from clients, colleagues, and other third-party service providers.
- Use of case management software.
- AAT qualified or appropriately qualified by experience.
- Experience with exchange rate calculations.
- Strong experience in MS Office, particularly Excel.
- A keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication skills with senior stakeholders.
