    Position Overview: As the Restaurant Operations Manager, you will oversee all aspects of our daily operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing staff, controlling costs, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and safety, and maximizing profitability. This role offers an exciting opportunity for a seasoned hospitality professional to contribute to the success of a thriving restaurant.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead and motivate a diverse team of front-of-house and back-of-house staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling.
    • Implement and enforce standard operating procedures to maintain high levels of service quality and consistency.
    • Monitor inventory levels and food costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability while minimizing waste.
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and uphold cleanliness standards throughout the restaurant.
    • Collaborate with the culinary team to develop seasonal menus and special promotions to attract and retain customers.
    • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and growth opportunities for staff.

    Qualifications:

    • Proven experience (5 years) in a similar role within the hospitality industry, with a strong background in restaurant management.
    • Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
    • Solid understanding of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and budgeting.
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
    • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
    • Proficiency in restaurant management software and MS Office applications.
