- Either MCIPS qualified (or working towards), or MRICS (or working towards), or MCIOB (or working towards)
- Degree qualified in related disciplineProcurement and Supply Chain Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Construction Law, Contract/Commercial Law
- Utilities Contract Regulations (UCR2016) or equivalent (PCR2015 / DSPCR2011)
- NEC suite of contracts (NEC4 preferred) - Engineering and Construction Contract, Professional Services Contract, Framework Contract
- Purchase to Pay and Contract Management systems ( SAP Ariba, Oracle, BRAVO, JAGGAER, CEMAR)
- Knowledge of procurement across a range of industries
- Stakeholder management experience
