Accounts Assistant
Hybrid/Blackfriars
£Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking an experienced and motivated Accounts Assistant to join their dynamic Finance team. Manage the Accounts Inbox for supplier invoices, ensuring accuracy and completeness
Code and input invoices using Rapport/Sage software
Maintain the Purchase Ledger and review Aged Creditors reports
Handle bank and credit card postings on Sage, including necessary reconciliations
Provide ad-hoc accounting support to the Finance Team
Undertake petty cash withdrawals and reconciliations
Assist in payroll administration, including starters, leavers, and statutory payments/deductions
Administer the company's benefits package, such as cycle to work scheme and childcare vouchers
Coordinate with HR to ensure proper flow and maintenance of employee data
Support the Finance team with monthly data analysis and reporting
Prepare and reconcile pension journals for multiple locations
Input journals into Sage post payroll reconciliation
Previous experience with Sage and CRM software
Strong data entry and invoice coding skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
