    This role is based in the United Kingdom and as such all normal working days must be carried out in the United Kingdom.

    • Acting s brand and creative guardian across all our content you'll make sure our assets are on-brand and produced to a high quality while working closely with attraction, channel, and digital platform leads across the UK and India
    • You'll design and deliver our content ambassadors strategy, building a network of colleagues who will help share stories and be part of our attraction assets
    • We'll look to you to contribute to the creation and delivery of all products and services required to meet our journey vision
    • You'll be continually identifying opportunities to digitise, improve and manage the journey to deliver increased colleague value and effortless experiences

    What you'll do

    As the Brand and EVP Manager for Talent Attraction, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping our employer brand and attracting top talent to join NatWest. You'll be responsible for developing and implementing creative strategies to showcase our company culture, values, and career opportunities to prospective candidates. Through compelling content creation and strategic branding initiatives, you'll help us stand out as an employer of choice in the competitive talent market.

    You'll be creating and driving the delivery of the journey backlog, and effectively prioritising work to maintain the completion of releasable increments in every sprint. You'll be driving all business performance and proposition activities, making sure the journey runs effortlessly with true colleague focus.

    You'll also be:

    • Providing subject matter expertise to the journey and goal relating to brand and EVP in the Talent Attraction space
    • Collaborating with internal teams, including culture and capability, comms, marketing, and D,E&I to ensure alignment of branding and recruitment initiatives
    • Syndicating the recruitment marketing content plan with all key stakeholders, facilitating discussion and agreement on critical areas
    • Owning the creative direction of recruitment marketing materials and acting as primary brand guardian for all creative produced
    • Managing delivery of our always-on attraction plan through our third party creative agency
    • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in employer branding and talent attraction to identify new opportunities for innovation
    • Inputting to and delivering journey mapping, service blueprinting and process mapping
    • Using innovative systems thinking to design digital solutions, identifying opportunities for streamlining work and deploying experimentation and testing to improve experience for colleagues

    The skills you'll need

    We're looking for a subject matter expert in brand management, content planning and agency management. You'll also need to understand process design, with knowledge of critical agile capabilities and ways of working. You'll also need knowledge and experience of change delivery and experience design, utilising data and systems thinking.

    As well as design experience, including either creating or critiquing brand design, you'll need experience of managing and motivating external creative agencies. You'll also bring knowledge of digital and direct marketing, as well as experience in employer branding, recruitment marketing, or talent attraction, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

    On top of this, you'll need:

    • Excellent knowledge of brand and content management, including managing strategy, performance metrics, brand engagement and design
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
    • The ability to put across complex ideas simply in a verbal or written format
    • The ability to galvanise support across a complex organisation and a wide range of stakeholders
    • Working knowledge of digital marketing techniques, including programmatic buying, social media, CRM, content marketing and campaign management
    • Experience of driving and delivering innovative ideas through agile ways of working, with the ability to work at a fast-pace and adapt with changing business needs
    • The ability to identify and envision future trends and needs, utilising systems thinking and horizon scanning
