- PMP certified 10 years of project managementexperience with 3 years of experience in managing / implementingSaaS (Salesforce Cloud) solutions and 5 years of experience inmanaging / implementing in custom Java/Angular basedapplications
- Demonstrated experience indelivering large scale projects with a budget above $2M
- Experience providing senior technical expertise projectleadership and coordination of activities in the developmentimplementation and maintenance of technologies desired for largescale projects
- Strong knowledge about OntarioI&IT Procurement directives and processes ability to draftprocurement approvals decision notes and awarddocumentation
- Experience developing project /sprint plans and managing project schedules deliverables and scopeas per set expectations
- Experience andknowledge of the Ontario Digital Service Standard Ontario ServiceDesign Playbook and the Digital First Assessment product deliveryapproach (PreDiscovery Discovery Alpha Beta Live) and/or similardigital standards and tools

Title: Project Manager/Leader
This is a hybrid working arrangement with a mixof onsite and remote work arrangement. The Senior PM will beexpected to be in the Guelph office at least 12 days/week. Moreonsite work may be requested based on project and operational needsand as requested by the Reporting Manager.
