    Description
    Apr 27, Doitintl is hiring a remote Accounting Specialist. Our Accounting Specialist will be an integral part of our Finance team in EMEA. This role is based remotely in the UK.

    As a Accounting Specialist you'll be responsible for understanding the Cloud invoices of DoiT's customers worldwide and matching them against the financial reports.

    You'll work with Amazon Web Services and Google Cloud reps while applying your knowledge in the purchase process.

    You must be organized and have an excellent eye for detail as you'll be working with big data and improving automatic financial processes in the ERP.


    Accounts Payables:
    Manage Accounts Payables for vendors with significant transaction volumes simultaneously across 20 companies.
    Process payments via wire transfer and credit cards following company policies and procedures.

    Conduct vendor reconciliations, collaborating internally with various departments and externally and work closely with AWS to investigate and resolve differences in reconciliation, ensuring full reconciliation is achieved.


    Accounts Receivables:

    Perform reconciliation between the uploaded files and the revenue section of the financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness.

    Support customers and internal teams with billing inquiries, payment processing, and account reconciliation.

    Collaborate closely with the finance team to identify and resolve any discrepancies or issues in the accounts receivable process.

    AAT Level 3, ACCA, or CIMA certified
    Minimum 3 years of bookkeeping experience
    Experience with Priority ERP system and Hisulit software a plus
    Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, with particular emphasis on Excel
    Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
    Analytical, data-driven, detail-oriented and able to "zoom" in/out from the big picture to the minutiae
