    Winchester (we offer hybrid working for this position, with travel to London on a business needs basis)

    Do you enjoy being part of a highly respected, supportive, and fast-paced HR team? This is an exciting, brand-new position, created as part of the wider department strategy,to enhance our data-driven decision -making capabilities.

    Reporting to the Head of HR, and working alongside a team of 11 HR, payroll and recruitment professionals, you will provide senior-level HR support and partnership to designated business units, whilst leading the development and optimisation of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS), reporting, and analytics to support informed decision-making across the organisation.

    Your key responsibilities will be wide-ranging across HR business partnership, HRIS analytics and insight, AI and automations development, policy and procedure development, annual process support and project management.

    Providing strategic and operational HR advice, guidance and coaching expertise to support designated business units
    Leading employee relations, organisational development initiatives and People Leader upskilling
    Building and maintaining strong relationships across the firm to foster a positive work environment and ensure alignment between HR and business strategies
    Supporting the development, implementation, and optimisation of the HRIS to ensure accurate and timely HR data management and employee/partner and manager self-service
    Supporting the creation of a data-driven culture by developing analytics capabilities within the HR department and wider business, and promoting data literacy across the HR team
    To create/evolve, maintain and enhance insightful HR dashboards and reports to track key HR metrics to support and develop our business and people strategy
    Support with the management, development and analytics of our pay and benefits offering, processes and flexible benefits systems
    Exploring and implementing AI and automation solutions to enhance HR operations and analytics

    Collaborating with Digital Services to develop and integrate AI and automation solutions within the HRIS and other HR platforms and processes.

    Development, review, and updating HR policies and procedures according to business needs and legal updates
    Lead HRIS and other HR-related projects as assigned, ensuring projects are completed on time, within scope, and budget
    What skills, experience and qualities will you bring?
    Professional HR certification (e.g., Demonstrable generalist HR Experience with track record of handling employee relations issues, alongside up to date employment legislation and professional HR issues
    Excellent project management and communication skills
    Excellent attention to details, project management and communication skills
    Flexible, resilient, pragmatic and discrete
    Comprehensive MS Office applications knowledge
