- Liaising with project teams to ensure accurate and up to date organisation of records.
- Setting up and maintaining spread sheets to register project information using varied systems to match the demands of the project.
- Copying and printing of project output for formal issue and / or use on site.
- Meeting & venue organisation/scheduling
- Taking and circulation of meeting minutes
- Managing and maintaining project action list/ Chasing outstanding actions
- Maintain the project Calendar
- Chasing contractors for prompt issue of their own minutes
- Providing support in other areas such as booking deliveries to site, archiving, travel arrangements, accommodation booking, meeting booking, maintenance of office supplies etc.
- Support the project team to ensure everyone has what is needed to keep the project on track
- Assistance with report/document preparation
- Information collection/collation
- Managing & hosting visitors to site and new starters, including submitting pass forms & visit forms on the required IT systems.
- Maintenance of printer and IT consumables.
- Maintaining site team SQEP records & organising training as required.
- Basic understanding of document control processes
- Good organisational skills
- Previous administration experience.
- Competent user of IT systems & software packages.
- Current SC Clearance with at least 12 months remaining.
- Experience working in Nuclear / Defence
- Experience with using CEMAR & Microsoft Vault
- Basic understanding of NEC3 Contracts
