- Sales generation and penetration of specific 3M products, including printable films, coloured films, overlaminates, surface finishes and glass finishes
- Delivery/ ownership of a defined sales quota
- Performance against defined Key Performance Indictors
- Regular engagement with key divisional functions, including sales management, marketing and technical support.
- Coordination of customer contact strategy with field sales team to ensure customer experience & selling time are optimized
- Management of a defined geographic territory of customers/accounts
- Bachelor's degree - preferred but not essential
- Strong sales experience preferably selling via Distribution/Channel partners
- Strong collaboration skills
- Team player with lots of energy
- Performance-oriented with a strong drive for success
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve exceptional results
- Proven record of success
- Graphic Market Industry experience
- Graphic Product knowledge and/or sales experience
- Experience of working in a corporate matrix environment
