- Ensuring timesheets are processed correctly and in a timely manner.
- Dealing with payroll queries regarding missing/incorrect payment
- Dealing with PAYE queries
- Minimum 5 grade A-C GCSEs (or equivalent), including Maths
- Relevant experience in an Administrative Assistant role
- Experience using Sage 200
- working knowledge of Excel

- Able to demonstrate high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Able to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Excellent verbal and written skills with the ability to effectively communicate with staff at all levels across several departments
