    Ambassador (fixed term) 12 months
    Hourly rate £13 PH (from 10.Shifts 3 out of 7 Monday to Sunday during core hours of

    MON - FRIDAY 08:00-20:00

    SATURDAY 08:00-21:00

    SUNDAY 09:00-20:00

    We help our clients innovate and improve services to deliver better outcomes.

    We provide frontline, back office and customer support services to design and manage places used by the public and provide national enforcement expertise at our borders and infrastructure.

    We have a great opportunity for an Ambassador to support the Ambassador Supervisor and Client Account Manager in providing a service to our client.

    A position that allows flexibility in both shifts and days worked during the week.
    You will be a uniformed, visible presence within the Town Centre, interacting with residents, visitors and business to improve the visitor experience

    Patrolling on foot around Bracknell Town Centre providing a reassuring uniformed presence in a monitoring and customer liaison role.

    Reporting on all instances of anti-social behaviour, graffiti, rough sleeping, e-scooter, electric cycle and bicycle use within the Town Centre.

    Close working with key partners including the local Police Neighbourhood Team , The Lexicon Security Team and the Rough Sleeper Team.

    Organised and self-motivated * Experience in customer service and local knowledge useful although training will be given to the right candidate.

    Good Level of computer literacy in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook to record incidents.
