The Role:
**This is a people-lead, not technical-lead position**
As a key member of the data leadership team, you will help ensure the highest possible standards of centralised data reporting, and partner with different departments from across the business to provide embedded data science support.
You will improve and enrich our embedded data science support capability, working closely with the head of business analytics who runs our centralised reporting systems.
Through your encouragement and support, you will help your team to reach their highest possible potential, building a high-performance culture and enable our data scientists to deliver from a technical perspective,.
Reporting directly into the Chief Data Officer, and working closely with all leaders in the data team, as well as product managers throughout the business, you'll need to innovate, chat with key stakeholders, and be familiar on best practices in order to lead the business towards appropriate solutions.
You will find the team regularly using SQL, Python, BigQuery, Elasticsearch and Google Analytics as well as GSheets and Jira for project management. We also use Tableau for in-depth visualisations.
