    Senior Stroke Ward Nurse Required in Westminster - Full Time - Leading Private Hospital

    Job Description:
    Lead and deliver exceptional care in our Stroke Rehabilitation unit within an Independent Hospital setting.
    Provide specialized nursing expertise for patients undergoing stroke recovery, ensuring tailored care plans and continuous support.
    Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes and facilitate comprehensive rehabilitation programs.
    Utilize advanced clinical skills to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care within the Medical Ward.
    Act as a mentor and role model for junior staff, contributing to their professional development.
    Uphold the highest standards of patient care, adhering to clinical protocols and best practices in stroke rehabilitation.
    Engage in continuous learning and stay updated with the latest advancements in stroke care and medical practices.
    Contribute to maintaining a positive and supportive environment for patients, families, and colleagues.

    Qualifications and Requirements:
    Registered Nurse (RN) with valid nursing qualifications and relevant experience in stroke rehabilitation.
    Proven experience in a similar senior nursing role, demonstrating leadership skills and the ability to coordinate care effectively.
    Sound clinical knowledge and expertise in stroke rehabilitation practices and protocols.
    Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
    Commitment to providing compassionate, patient-centered care.
    Ability to work flexibly within a dynamic healthcare environment.
    Valid nursing license and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
