    Plug. are working with a world-class Interior Design and Interior Architecture studio, offering comprehensive turn-key solutions to an exclusive clientele within the luxury residential sector. They are seeking a proactive Procurement Coordinator to play a key role in managing all aspects of procurement within the Design Department.

    Renowned for crafting bespoke luxury interiors, this studio has masterfully executed significant residential projects worldwide. Their unwavering commitment to detail ensures that quality is never compromised, consistently exceeding expectations with unparalleled elegance and sophistication.

    As a Procurement Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in collaborating with the Design Team to streamline the procurement process for all projects. You'll be responsible for enhancing and overseeing procurement procedures, managing documentation, negotiations, and interactions with suppliers. You will contribute significantly to the post-installation service by acting as a point of contact for FF&E and procurement-related client inquiries, offering support where needed alongside Senior Designers.

    The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the design processes, coupled with substantial procurement knowledge. This role demands meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage and bridge the needs between designers, suppliers, and internal teams effectively.

    This dynamic position offers the remarkable opportunity to engage with a global array of clients, spanning private residences, residential property developers, and large-scale commercial projects.

    A minimum of 3 years' experience is required to apply.
