    Our Solution Consulting team is a strategic partner to the sales organisation and responsible for building a compelling vision of the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solution.

    As a member of our diverse and skilled team, you will have the opportunity to communicate and demonstrate the power of Workday's solutions.

    Along with working closely with our sales counterparts, this team also sits at the exciting intersection of our Product Management, Consulting Services, Marketing, and Value Management teams, providing exposure to various areas of the business.

    Workday is looking for an outstanding colleague with HCM expertise to join our UK&I Large Enterprise team.
    Our team demonstrates the value of next generation SaaS HCM solutions to Workday prospects and customers.

    By leveraging deep Human Resource and enterprise software product knowledge, Workday Solution Consultantsprovide Human Resource expertise, executive presentations, and Workday HR product demonstrations in partnership with our sales team to customers throughout the sales cycle.

    Building a compelling vision of the Workday HCM solution through the delivery of relevant solution presentations, demonstrations, workshops, and events.

    Supporting all sales, marketing, technical and channel objectives.
    Value based selling (value led approach) in a Solution / Sales Consulting environment
    Extensive Human Resource domain expertise either in a Solution Consulting, Implementation, or HR practitioner role.

    Strong understanding in the HR Management domain including areas such as Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning, Workforce Management, Compensation, etc.

    Ability to work in a fast paced environment and work on multiple projects individually as well as working cross-functionally.

    Outstanding professional discovery, presentation, communication, and influencing skills to C-Level Executives, talking to and selling to the office of the CHRO specifically.

    Business fluent in English. Any other languages are a plus.
