    Job Description

    Acquired Talent are proud to be supporting one of Europe's fastest growing FinTech's and a leader in Payments. With an established client base in the UK and Europe, our client is going through a rapid period of growth and product transformation. With over $100m in funding, they are poised for continued expansion and are seeking an experienced 'Head of Product - Payments' who, reporting into the Chief Product Officer, will support in the transformation of the Product team (operations, processes, structure) and continued development of innovative Payments products.

    Successful candidates will poses;

    • 3+ years leading Payments products at Head or Director level
    • Experience driving product development and innovation within a scale-up environment
    • Have worked with regulators and payment partners (e.g. Pay UK, BofE, JPM)
    • Be highly knowledgeable of domestic and international payments
    • Have experience of working closely with Engineering and establishing effective processes
    • Have grown and led high preforming teams of cross functional Product squads/tribes

    Location: London (Hybrid - 4 days per week in the office)

    Package: £130-160,000 Base + Bonus + Options
