    This role is pivotal in driving our B2B and B2C growth, focusing on creating and executing strategies that increase our membership base, generate leads for our businesses, and increase our brand presence across digital channels.

    The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in digital marketing, content creation, and email marketing campaigns, with a strong understanding of how to leverage these skills to drive demand and foster meaningful engagement with our target audiences.

    Manage multi-channel marketing campaigns, including PPC, email marketing, content marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media, to generate leads and increase conversion rates.

    Analyse and report on campaign performance, using data to drive decisions and optimise future marketing efforts.

    Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends and technologies, continuously seeking new and creative ways to engage our target audiences.

    Create and manage a content calendar that supports demand generation goals across various platforms.

    Work closely with mortgage advisors to understand their needs and ensure the lead generation process meets their requirements for quality and volume.

    Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    ~3+ years of experience in a demand generation, digital marketing, or similar role.
    ~ Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., CRM software, Email Marketing tools, website CMS, Google Analytics, SEO/SEM tools).
    ~ Strong analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
    ~ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
    ~ Creative thinker with a results-driven approach to marketing challenges.

    Experience in the finance or mortgage industry is a plus.
    Knowledge of content management systems and content creation tools.
    Familiarity with marketing automation software and integration with CRM systems.
