    About the role asMarketing Manager atAira

    Reporting to theInterim Head of Brand & Product Marketing and workingclosely with the Growth Performance team and local market countryteams youll be a key member of the global marketing community andhave a significant impact on the growth of the business. The mainmission of this role is to ensure Aira has bestinclass marketingand product marketing communications across all channels and localmarkets. This mission is fundamental to the company wide ambitionof opening up a nascent category and becoming the brand synonymouswith it.

    This role is for a 6 month fixed termcontract with the possibility to extend. Youll be working 3 days aweekout of our brand new Kings Crossoffice.

    What you will bedoing as Marketing Manager atAira

    • Supportboth Global and UK Marketing functions in the execution ofmarketing and product marketing campaigns to drive brand and salesgrowth; including educational content product marketing assets testand learn campaigns sales brochures gathering insight to informfuture campaigns and communications.
    • Creategeneral marketing collateral to support all channels includingwebsite customer communications PR events and sales channel.
    • Support in the development of communicationpropositions including insight driven product marketingcommunications that help consumers understand the benefit of ourproduct.
    • Produce locally relevant content withour design studio for our website and supporting channels.
    • Responsible for finance processes includingbudget management estimate and invoice sign off.
    • You will work in close collaboration with theentire global marketing community in particular the GlobalMarketing Manager Global Social Media Manager Performance Team PRTeam and Design Studio.
    • Third party agencymanagement and other external suppliers to ensure that allmarketing collateral / activity is produced to a very highstandard.

    • You havea great attention todetail helping to ensure the Aira brand comesto life perfectly in every touchpoint.
    • Youhave experience in leading the creative development process andcomfortable providing clear and constructive feedback.
    • You have experience in driving the developmentof website content that best brings to life product benefits.
    • You have the ability to understand andarticulate technical concepts and translate these into compellingproduct marketing customer focused communications across a range ofcustomer touchpoints.
    • You have strongrelationship building skills based upon mutual trust and greatcommunications and who thrives on building a high performancecustomer obsessed culture.
    • You have greatinterpersonal skills and a proven ability to operate effectivelywith other members of the business in product design commercial& development to ensure that cross functional initiativesare effectively executed.
    • You will be happy toget your hands dirty and live within relatively confined budgets.
    • You will also be able to demonstrate you areorganised and can multitask in a friendly specialised fast pacedintellectually challenging proactive environment and work quicklyto master detail under pressure.
    • The ability toremain calm and bring order to complex tasks with tight deadlinesis essential.
    • You have a flair for innovationan entrepreneurial mindset and working in a startup environment notask is beneath you and new challenges are actively sought out.

    IdealExperience

    • You havestrong marketing skills preferably in the direct to consumer techenergy or sustainability industry.
    • Experiencein a startup environment would be great.
    • Youhave a strong knowledge of marketing best practices.
    • You have experience of creating highlyengaging content aligned to the overall marketing strategy.
    • Excellent copywriting skills and creativejudgement.
    • You have exceptional datainterpretation and manipulation skills and experience.
    • Experience in successfully navigating complexmatrix organisations to deliver the best outcomes for thecustomer.
