Would you like a data analyst role in a high performing business intelligence team providing analytical support to two dynamic work areas – Fire & Rescue and Adult Social Care?Would you like the flexibility to work from both the office and from home on a flexible agile working contract with access to a generous pension and staff benefit scheme?
Location:
Hybrid home and office working with regular attendance in Shire Hall (Warwick) and Fire & Rescue Headquarters (Leamington Spa)

The Business Intelligence team provides a critical function to the council, ensuring that we can make evidence-based decisions, we can understand what we are doing well and where we can do better.
As a team we are working to support the Council in its aim to make Warwickshire the best it can be for everyone.
The Covid pandemic provided an opportunity for our team to support the business with data and intelligence at a fast and demanding pace - and our recent move to Power BI has aided with this.
We are looking to recruit an enthusiastic Data Analyst to join our team, helping to deliver specific areas of the business intelligence work programme through the analysis and interpretation of both contextual and service data.
The role is fundamental to ensuring that senior management and commissioners have the best intelligence available to them to support decision making and service delivery, allowing the effective targeting of resources within a challenging financial environment.
The Data Analyst role will split their time between supporting the Adult Social Care and Fire & Rescue business intelligence work programmes, although recognising that the role will need to work flexibly across the service to support changing business priorities.
The Adult Social Care element of the role will involve delivering regular and ad hoc reporting to strategic commissioning and adult social care colleagues.
The Fire & Rescue business intelligence work programme includes performance reporting, quality assurance/audit checking and analytical work which is in direct support of Warwickshire's Fire & Rescue teams.
If you are someone who has a can-do attitude and wants the opportunity to work with like minded analysts in a dynamic business intelligence environment serving the communities of Warwickshire then we want you to work with usFor further information about the Business Intelligence Team, please click on the link below;
