Responsible – All staff take responsibility for the hospital, its services and reputationTo work as part of the Volunteering Service Team providing administration and support to the Deputy Head of Volunteering across all aspects of volunteer recruitment, assessment, induction and specialist training for new and established volunteers across the trust.
Responsible for chaperoning volunteers who express their interest in volunteering, you will support people using the TRAC recruitment system to undergo their application, assessment, recruitment checks, induction and specialist training in order to qualify as a Kingston Hospital NHS Foundation Trust Volunteer.
On a day to day basis you will be communicating with and motivating volunteers to complete the stages of the recruitment process, using the TRAC recruitment system to progress volunteers in their volunteering journey and providing information and support to ensure that volunteers complete mandatory and specialist training.
This post will also administer data for volunteer vacancy management, training and induction.This is a part-time position, as part of a job share

Relevant experience of working with volunteers in charities and/or public services.Setting and/or implementing customer service standards in a public or community facing role.
Experience of delivering training and/or supervision to individuals and groups of people
Extensive skills in Microsoft Office applications
Good event management skills with attention to a high level of customer service
Good time-management skills and able to juggle multiple and completing demands, projects and requests.
Understanding of Data Protection & Confidentiality as it applies to volunteering activity.
