    About the role...

    We are looking for recruit an Operational Support Administrator to work closely with the management team, supporting them in delivering our contracts to the Client.

    This role can be part time or full time, working hours per week Monday to Friday, based in our Oswestry office.

    What will your day look like...

    • Raising purchase orders, ordering PPE, stationery & various other items, forwarding them to the appropriate vendor and sending them for receipt
    • Inputting holidays
    • Looking after the maintenance of plant & trailers, liaising with lease companies and updating services & inspections.
    • Transport, updating mileages on spreadsheets and booking services & MOTs
    • Liaising with our training department regarding course bookings and updating the Training Spreadsheet
    • Booking Traffic Management for our operational teams
    • Other office duties such as answering phones.

    About you...

    This role is perfect for someone who is highly organised and has experience working with Excel Spreadsheets and Microsoft Teams. You will have an excellent telephone manner with the ability to work well as part of a team, using your own initiative to solve problems.
