    Job Description

    Leading UK Energy business are looking to hire an Interim Finance Director for an initial 6 month period. Reporting into the finance and operational leadership, you will be responsible for driving cost efficiencies across the business. There will be a requirement to spend time in their various operational hubs along with their offices is in greater London, hence autonomy and flexibility is key.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead a commercial finance team, responsible for management of sizeable cost base
    • Support finance and operational leaders, with ongoing cost optimisation agenda
    • Work closely with FP&A and finance control teams, to ensure analysis and reporting is timely and fit for purpose
    • Engage with and influence key stakeholders, to ensure budgets are managed effectively

    Candidate Profile:

    • Qualified Accountant
    • Experienced and commercially focused Finance Director
    • Proven ability to effect cost reduction and efficiency improvements
    • Strong finance business partnering skills and able to operate in a transformational setting
