    The Role

    We have a great opportunity for a talented Senior Designer to join our design team part of Prism Create, the creative and content arm of the agency. 'Create' specialises in creative, production design and social, developing compelling content to support clients in the world of sponsorship, sport, automotive and consumer goods.

    The ideal candidate will be skilled in graphics, motion graphics, digital design and illustration. This role represents a fantastic opportunity to have real creative input into global marketing campaigns. This key role is intends to infuse our creative and content team with excellence in design ideation, strategy and execution.

    Day to day job tasks will include designing KVs, large format posters and billboards, packaging, POS, infographics, as well as bringing to life conceptual ideas for pitch presentations through a combination of design, visual effects and AI tools.

    The candidate would have worked in a creative agency before, with a portfolio that highlights the breadth of their creative and technical skills, preferably in sports and entertainment environments – showcasing a range of subjects and media and articulating the design rationale.

    Key Requirements

    • Suitable experience in relevant creative industry (graphic / multimedia / digital design).
    • Literate in Adobe Creative Suite. Photoshop, InDesign and Illustrator are essential. After Effects is desirable.
    • Exceptional design skills - layout composition, typography, branding and high-end photoshop retouching and key visuals.
    • Ability to design to a high standard for corporate design layout. Storyboarding and freehand illustration skills are desirable.
    • Advanced knowledge of the print process and preparing artwork for print.
    • A strong eye for creative, and conceptualization, as well as discipline in terms of working to a deadline and accurately reflecting brand guidelines.
    • Strong creative ethos grounded in executional excellence.
    • Solid communication skills and an aptitude in presenting ideas to the other designers, clients and account handlers.
    • The desire to work collaboratively with the Create team to design and conceptualise compelling creative work.
    • Confidence and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint design.
    • Knowledge of AI design tools.
    • Up-to-date knowledge of current design and industry trends.
