- Lead the charge in acquiring new customers through targeted prospecting, outreach, and relationship building.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager to develop and execute new customer acquisition strategies aligned with the overall business objectives.
- Develop and implement effective strategies for expanding relationships with existing clients to drive revenue growth.
- Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within the current client base to maximize account value.
- Work closely with the Sales Manager to align business development initiatives with overall sales strategies.
- Provide input on market trends, customer preferences, and competitive intelligence to inform strategic decision-making.
- Play a key role in driving initiatives to increase market share in the industry.
- Analyse market data and customer feedback to identify areas for growth and improvement.
- Manage and nurture relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
- Address customer concerns, collaborate on solutions, and serve as a point of escalation for complex issues.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional team to ensure a cohesive approach to customer acquisition and account management.
- Provide information on agreed SLA's to Order Processing Manager and Group Operations Manager to ensure adherence to Customers' processes.
