    German Speaking Customer Service Agent Job Description * In this role of a German Speaking Customer Service Agent, you will collaborate closely with our existing team in Germany, providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

    Handling Telephone calls and providing written support regarding card payment terminals and ATMs
    Carrying out error analysis
    Scheduling of service technicians and terminal exchange orders
    Permanent review and optimisation of existing work processes
    Excellent customer service experience (preferably Call centre experience)
    Fluent/Advanced in German (verbal & written)
    Knowledge of English desirable, preferably a second foreign language / multilingual is beneficial (e.g. Dutch, French, Italian, Turkish)
