    Description
    NET Lead Developer

    Our client is a prominent trading firm headquartered in Belfast, renowned for its innovative solutions and expertise in global financial markets.

    NET Lead Developer to join their dynamic team.

    This role presents an exciting opportunity to lead development projects, leveraging AWS infrastructure and relational databases, while utilising the latest .NET technologies.

    NET Lead Developer, you will play a key role in leading development initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and deploy robust solutions.

    Leveraging your expertise in AWS, relational databases, and .NET development, you will contribute to the enhancement of our client's trading platforms and systems, ensuring optimal performance and scalability.

    Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance applications using .NET framework.
    Architect, implement, and manage AWS infrastructure, ensuring reliability, security, and cost-efficiency.
    Develop and maintain relational database schemas, queries, and optimisations.
    Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and drive project deliverables.
    Mentor and coach junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
    NET development, with working knowledge of .NET 7 or 8.
    Proven experience in leading development projects and mentoring junior team members.
    Strong expertise in AWS services such as EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, and IAM.
    Hands-on experience with relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL).
    Experience in the trading or financial services industry is a plus.

    This position is based in our client's Belfast office 3 days a week, offering a vibrant work environment and excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.


    Note:
    Salary and benefits package will be commensurate with experience.
