    Description
    We are a film studio and post-production house. We do work for commercials, video games and sports industry advertising.
    We are looking for an IT Assistant to join our London team.

    The perfect candidate would be someone who enjoys the creative industries but has a strong passion for IT, creative production, rendering workflows, servers and networks.

    All work is office based in our Holborn facility. You may be required to work from our film studios in West London from time to time.

    All candidates should look at our website and get an understanding of the types of content we create:

    Provide first-line support for day-to-day IT issues.

    Assessing the requirements and urgency of the problem and using an internal IT ticket system, logging the urgency and complexity of issues as they arise and assigning deadlines for them to be fixed.

    Assisting in managing and optimising our network infrastructure, including firewalls, servers, switches, ensuring stable performance and security across our London sites.

    Contribute to the installation, maintenance and monitoring of network security measures.
    Maintain and secure employee workstations (Mac & PC), peripherals and manage RMM software.
    Assist in the procurement of IT equipment and supplies.

    IT on-boarding and off-boarding new employees ensuring they are trained in how to use our equipment securely and correctly.

    Help implement and maintain our security protocols and IT policies.
    Knowledge of Active Directory and how to configure a network.

    Ensuring all computer stations and suites are in optimal condition, tidy and monitors, screens, mice, keyboards and speakers are always working.

    Assisting with archiving projects from our servers when they are complete.
    Ensuring the server room is kept tidy and organised at all times.
    Management of online software logins and updates (e.g. Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
    Supporting front of house with management of office printers/scanners.
    Update antivirus software on PCs.
    Making sure computers are shut down properly at the end of the working day.

    Need to be a passionate, IT hardware fanatic A love of films, gaming and film making will be a huge bonus.
