Private Client NQ – 7 years PQE Surrey or SW London £40-70K dep on PQE

Highly recognised, commercial high street who are Legal 500 ranked, with offices in Surrey and SW London, are currently seeking a motivated and ambitious Private Client Lawyer to join their Legal 500 ranked and award-winning team.

Their preference is for someone to be office based, however, there can be flexibility for the right candidate.

The role:

The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge and experience in all aspects of private client law including:

Simple and complex wills
Lifetime tax planning
Administration of estates
Powers of Attorney
Elderly client matters
Court of protection

Requirements:

A qualified Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive with experience in managing your own caseload of private client matters. If you are an NQ, you would need to have done a seat in private client.
A genuine passion for private client law, evidenced by a keen interest and ongoing commitment to the field.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a focus on clarity and accuracy.
Consistently able to meet billing targets while delivering top-tier service to clients.
The ability to work autonomously and efficiently.
A collaborative team player, fostering positive relationships and prioritising client care.
Proactive in identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, contributing to the growth and development of the team.
Strong IT skills and able to us a case management system and software
