    Description
    Senior Facilities Manager - Healthcare

    We are partnering with a cross-sector Real Estate Investor, recruiting for a Senior Facilities and Estate Manager to work directly across two hospitals, one in Banbury and another in Aylesbury, forming part of their growing Healthcare portfolio.

    As a Senior Faciltites Manager you will be employed directly by one of the hospitals, report into a key stakeholder and Head of the Healthcare Group.

    You will be responsible for the direct line management of catering and housekeeping teams in addition to external contract management and procurement for cleaning, security and all things maintenance, covering the buildings, grounds and equipment.

    As a result sound knowledge of healthcare building regulations, systems, and management will be necessary.

    You will lead Health, Safety & Fire across both estates including risk assessments, employee inductions, and incident management, maintaining awareness of hospital policies regarding confidentiality, safeguarding, and equal opportunities.

    Frequent travel across both hospitals (by car) is required and a pool car shall be made available.

    This is a great opportunity to maximise exposure across all things FM in a fast paced environment where you will have the freedom to manage your own budgets and projects for refurbishments and planned maintenance.
