    We have an opportunity for a Senior Manager - Paid Search Marketing . Ultimately maximizing the amount customers save within the performance constraints of the channel.
    Hands on, previous experience of managing PPC channels
    Experience in leading a PPC teams/department with significant budget responsibility
    Experience in managing PPC campaigns in a highly competitive market
    Good experience in wider PPC technology stacks and tools, including Google Tech Stack
    Ability to translate complex data issues to a business audience.
    Ideally experience of working in Financial Services or another highly regulated environment.

    You'll have the tools and autonomy to drive your own career, supported by a team of amazingly talented people.

    Manage internal team and agency deliverables, prioritising effectively & based on data.

    Lead, coach, develop attract and retain high-performing talent, ensuring appropriate succession planning, who can motivate and drive delivery of objectives .

    Deliver agreed PPC product targets, at target volumes and efficiency. Accountable for significant PPC budget
    Key input into strategy and innovation of paid search channel alongside Performance Director. Ability to diagnose complex performance challenges with competitor insight
    Effect communication of strategy and tactics to senior leadership in clear and concise way
    Drive testing of new search engine products and related technologies to drive operational benefits
    Leverage CTM's wealth of data to drive data led audience strategy & optimisations
