    This role is responsible for key aspects of product offerings, within the Insurance Operating Unit, including developing value propositions and positioning.

    Additionally, the role will involve working closely with product development teams and educating the sales force about product offerings.

    Work closely with product development teams consisting of product management and advisory resources from specification and development of the new product to roll out and maintenance.

    Communicate solutions strategies and financial impact to senior management and key internal stakeholders to obtain buy-in.
    Educate sales force about products at team meetings, global offsites and product roadshows.
    Undergraduate/first-level degree (e.g., Bachelor's degree) in a business related discipline or marketing, graduate/second-level degree (e.g. MBA, Master's) preferred.
    ~Experience in marketing, strategic planning or product development also favorably considered.
    ~ Strong quantitative and analytic skills (including intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Access and relational database queries).
