    Data Engineering Senior Staff TPM

    Join our Data Engineering team at Ripple, where you will play a crucial role in supporting the infrastructure for our Payments, Liquidity, and Custody solutions. As a Senior Staff TPM, you will drive key initiatives across the organization, ensuring seamless collaboration and delivery of projects.


    Responsibilities:

    • Lead multiple data-related initiatives
    • Track progress and address areas of improvement proactively
    • Collaborate with various teams to drive alignment and prioritize tasks
    • Identify and mitigate risks to ensure successful project delivery
    • Develop dashboards to monitor development progress

    Requirements:

    • Minimum 8 years of project management experience in complex tech environments
    • Strong understanding of software development life cycle
    • Ability to coordinate across teams and influence outcomes
    • Experience with project planning tools like Jira and Confluence
    • Background in payments/fin-tech industry is a plus

    Key Job Responsibilities:

    • Manage cross-functional requirements
    • Coordinate work across multiple teams
    • Own strategic roadmap and milestones
    • Ensure timely delivery of projects

    Basic Qualifications:

    • 7+ years of technical product or program management experience
    • 10+ years of working with engineering teams
    • Experience in managing programs across teams

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Experience in defining roadmap strategy
    • Knowledge of data warehouses such as BigQuery, Databricks
    • Experience in designing new systems
