Job Description
A senior level role for a high profile, leading innovative brand with a stand out reputation, culture and world class portfolio of brands within the Group.
This role will lead the strategic plans and proposition, spearheading the 3–5-year partnerships/loyalty plan, developing and delivering an ambitious operating model with customer value and engagement at the forefront. The role is focused on delivering the strategic partnerships focused across the travel portfolio including Airline, Hotels and Experiences. Senior level experience within this sector is needed.
You will need to be engaging, strategic, passionate, influential and a leader that people will get behind.
Leading the Partnership team, the role is accountable for delivering the annual commercial targets in year and setting the targets for the 3–5-year business plan ensuring KPIS are aligned across the business.
Strong leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills and a proved track record in shaping and delivering successful commercial partnership strategies.
This is a fabulous role within a brilliant brand, with huge scope. Relevant, proven experience within an Airline is an essential requirement.
