    This newrole, supporting the Marketing Manager, is a key hire to help scale theMarketing function as the company continues to grow.


    What we ask from our Marketing Specialist:
    Working with the Marketing Manager, define the marketing priorities forthe year ahead and execute the Marketing PlanCrafting weekly organic LinkedIn posts and ongoing email campaigns togrow brand awarenessSupporting major strategic projects including website redesign andslide redesign projectsSupporting customer marketing pipeline including customer storybriefings, writing customer stories, crafting video briefs and managingapproval processesManaging webinar and events calendar and promotionManaging internal communications programmeAdditional channels to support may include: sponsored content, employerbranding, product marketing, thought leadershipThis role is perfect for you if:You are a great team player with a can do attitude, love learning andsharing knowledgeYou are a marketing generalist with a desire to grow your skillsetYou have 5-7 years of demonstrable B2B Marketing experienceYou're a project management rockstar – you know how to keepprojects on trackYou're comfortable working with clients and stakeholders at a seniorlevelYou have some experience with lead generation campaigns across digitalchannels and events or are keen to learn more about thisYou're an expert communicator – you're just as comfortableusing Slack as you are crafting emails and running meetingsYou're looking for a role to make your own and are comfortable at agrowing company with a flat structure and minimal oversightYou have the right to work in the UK

    Additional Preferred Skills:
    Understanding of Marketing Automation tools (Pardot or Hubspot)

    Experience working in the Salesforce ecosystem, Professional Servicesor Financial ServicesExperience managing agency relationships (eg. design, video, web) andbudgetsInterest in writing compelling web copy (across thought leadership,content marketing and customer marketing programmes)LinkedIn experience (Campaign Manager + Sales Navigator a bonus)Experience running an internal communications and employer brandingprogrammeExperience working with Google AdWords and setting up SEMcampaignsWhat we can offer you:
