    Bifrost Studios is a startup studioinvestment firm currently managing a portfolio of five innovativestartup studios:

    GrayMatter (Barcelona) Specializes in building AIdrivencompanies within the B2B SaaSdomain.

    MorphLifestyle (Copenhagen) Focuses on creating fashionand lifestyle enterprises.

    ElysiumStudios (London) Develops SaaS solutions forunderservedindustries.

    Bifrost(Lucerne) Targets high upside opportunities that require limitedcapitalinvestment.

    Stealth(Nairobi) Dedicated to developing vertical SaaS solutions for theinformal economy.

    We are actively seeking aFounders Associate for each of our studios. This role involvesworking closely with the CEO to spearhead strategy and execution.It offers a significant opportunity for impact setting you on apath to potentially become the Chief of Staff and later the CEO ofone of the portfolio companies. Remote and hybrid work ispossible.

    Tasks

    You will havetwo main responsibilities as a Founders Associate in one of ourstudios.

    1. You will be the executionengine of our Founder ensuring that the studio has momentum everyweek.
    2. You will free up time for the Founder bycarving out responsibilities and buildingstructure.

    The role is also adaptableto your skill set and interests e.g. in growth marketing sales orfinance.

    You will increase your responsibilitieson a weekly basis so youre prepared to eventually step into aleadership position of a portfoliocompany.

    Requirements

    • 12years of proffesional experience e.g. in the form of student jobsinternships or early career jobs
    • Generalistexperience in business marketing growth finance orengineering
    • Strong passion for startups andbuilding companies
    • High or insanely highhunger
