What You'll Do as Head of Sales:
Own customer acquisition:
Craft a winning strategy, partnerships, and features to attract customers and ensure retentionLead the brand's expansion: Identify top markets and spearhead launchesBuild a high-performing, tech-enabled sales team: and ensure through mentorship that people are performing to their best levels and are happy Drive results with data: Analyse metrics and optimise sales strategies.
