    Description

    We are looking for someone to provide HRBP support to all directorates on matters including recruitment and selection, payroll and induction of new starters. The role will lead on employee relations work so experience of this complex casework is essential. They will work with internal stakeholders on developing and delivering interventions to improve communication with and engagement of staff. They will be involved in producing and analysing data to inform and feed into the People strategy, and manage the HR & Wellbeing Assistant.

    You will have experience of working in an advisory capacity at all levels of an organisation, and of complex employee relations casework. Knowledge of current HR law and best practice are also key, as well as the ability to communicate effectively across different audiences.
