    Role:
    Senior Finance Business Partner

    Working in partnership with our client, the Senior Finance Business Partner will be responsible for a number of our large, critical global clients.

    Each of these clients have the scale of small businesses and as such require excellent financial oversight and leadership.

    This role will oversee the forecasting and reporting at a multi regional level but will be more focused on the interpretation of the results and the identification and leadership of value-added workstreams needed to improve the results of the business.

    The role will also participate in all commercial pricing and negotiations.
    This is high profile role within our business and as such will require a candidate that is comfortable to operate at all levels within the business

    You are an advocate for promoting positive sustainable behaviours and able to put a sustainability lens on the strategic and creative process.

    ~ You will be open and willing to attend Change the Brief training and soak up recommended research and reading about sustainability issues.

    Reports to the Finance Director and Partners with

    Oliver Stakeholders:
    Client MDs, Operations Directors, Delivery Leads, Regional Leadership teams, Finance, Implementations leads – this role interacts with many senior stakeholders
    Act as a true finance business partner to the client leadership teams
    Work closely with local finance teams across the globe to ensure that the client reporting is accurate and understood
    Presentation of results and forecasts to senior leadership and the group directors
    Identify all opportunities and trends that may help to improve client performance
    Support the implementations of new market roll outs
    Work on all types of adhoc analysis and projects that will support the growth of the clients or business
    Work with the commercial team in support of any bids or re-pricing of client services including all negotiations with the client

    The role will oversee that all functions run smoothly end to end from work estimation, through contracting and work authorization, resourcing and development, all the way to acceptance, invoicing and collections.

    It will also play a role in reporting to both the client, account team as well as various layers of Oliver management as required.

    You must be an excellent communicator and able to expertly convey data, abstract concepts, points of view and escalations to senior management efficiently and effectively.

    WHAT SKILLS WILL HELP YOU BE SUCCESSFUL
    ~5+ years of finance experience.
    ~ Previous experience of finance partnering
    ~ The ability to instill confidence in the senior leadership team and finance departments
    ~ Advanced Excel skills.
    ~ Must be ambitious and have clear evidence of career progression
