    Join our client, a prestigious consultancy in Soho Square, pioneering in brand management across Strategy, Creative Design, and Data Insights. Renowned for their strategic acumen and commitment to excellence, they deliver impactful results while valuing discretion over recognition.

    The consultancy is looking for a Project Manager to play a key role in managing projects across a high-profile account within the Intelligence team. This position is instrumental in ensuring efficient project flow, connecting relevant workstreams, and maintaining the highest standard of work delivered to clients.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Serve as the primary contact for project inquiries, facilitating discussions on new projects, gathering feedback, and managing client expectations.
    • Coordinate with senior team members and external suppliers to ensure clear communication, foster positive working relationships, and identify new opportunities.
    • Manage internal resources and project timelines to ensure optimal project execution and delivery.
    • Ensure quality control of all deliverables before client presentation.
    • Provide comprehensive administrative and project management support across various intelligence projects.

    Ideal Candidate:

    • A proactive individual with a keen interest in research, testing, and the application of AI in brand management.
    • Excellent organizational skills, with experience in managing complex, high-paced projects.
    • Strong team player with exceptional English language proficiency and experience with project management software (e.g., Harvest, ).
    • Curiosity and dedication to understanding the broader impact of each project on client success.
    • Experience in or willingness to learn about research and testing platforms is advantageous.
