BRAND COMMUNICATIONS
MANAGER

We are seeking a Brand Communications Manager to lead our marketing
efforts across all Generator & Freehand Hotels locations in Europe and the
United States. This is a key leadership role responsible for developing and
executing the brand marketing strategy, managing a high-performing team, and
driving brand awareness and engagement.

Reporting
into the Director of Brand Marketing, the role is based out of our WeWork
office in Hammersmith, working 5 days from the office. If you have a genuine desire to be

WHO ARE WE

Generator is on a journey. Appropriate, given
that we're a leading global lifestyle accommodation brand. The journey began in
London, swung through a heap of European capitals on its way to dominating the
world. Generator burst onto the scene in the Americas with the launch of
Generator Miami and Washington DC and most recently took aim at the country's
biggest markets (NYC, LA, Miami and Chicago) with the acquisition of Freehand
Hotels.

Office, based out of the WeWork in Hammersmith

NUTS AND BOLTS
OF THE JOB

• Look after the in house press house and working with
  the PR agency to make sure reactive messaging, reporting and messaging is
  aligned.
• Developing and executing integrated communications
  plans that align with Generator and Freehand's brand positioning to promote
  offerings, including events and food & beverage, to target audiences.
• Plan, curate and manage the Instagram and Linkedin accounts
  for Generator and Freehand.
• Monitoring and
  nurturing the online community, responding to comments and fostering positive
  interactions
• Creating and posting interactive and engaging stories, series and polls
  to help drive engagement with our followers
• Have a good understanding of social media advertising
  across different platforms
• Monitor our TikTok channels and understand the in's
  and out's of the platform and trending audio
• Creating compelling and engaging content across
  various channels, including social media, press releases, blog posts, emailers,
  website and collateral
• Proactively cultivating and maintaining strong
  relationships with travel influencers, and industry partners to secure positive
  coverage and collaborations.
• Organising the creation of content, assist in the
  planning of photo shoots and filming ensuring our brand image is correctly
  represented through all assets in the public domain.
• Overseeing the creation and implementation of the
  hotel's marketing materials, including both print and online collateral,
  branded materials and merchandise.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitor activities
  to identify opportunities to elevate the our position in the crowded
  market.
• Coordinating with internal teams to ensure consistent
  communication about the offering and promotions.
• Support
  the opening of new locations and ensure a consistent brand message is delivered
• Create
  effective copywriting for the brand social media platforms
• Maintaining
  the integrity of the brand with the appropriate use of tone of voice and images
  or videos
• Support with
  the creation and launch of the Generator & Freehand Influencer Programme, in line with the 2024
  social media strategy
• Supporting the
  by assisting in the curation and screening of influencers, content creators and
  brand partners
• Assisting with
  content creation and video editing to support the brand content strategy
• Helping to develop creative ideas that will widen the social media
  strategy for Generator & Freehand

• You must be eligible to work in the UK to be considered for this role
• Flexibility
  to travel as needed (including to our hotel locations)

YOUR

• Proven experience in brand marketing, ideally within the hospitality or
  lifestyle industry
• An understanding of the global hospitality industry is a plus
