    Campaign Manager - London, United Kingdom - The Wise Seeker Services

    At The Wise Seeker we are currently engagedin the recruitment process for a company dedicated to supportingchildren with cancer. The vision of this organization is centeredon fostering a world where every child and young person overcomescancer. Statistics reveal that approximately 4200 children andyoung individuals receive cancer diagnoses annually in the UKtranslating to an average of 10 new cases each day. Since itsestablishment in 1988 the company has been steadfast in its effortsto finance research endeavors and implement programs aimed atassisting children and their families throughout their cancerbattles.

    Working within the Individual Givingteam your role is to manage and support the deliveryofsupportercentric fundraising appeals which will recruit retain ordevelop supporters. Theseappeals will include utilising online andoffline channels such as organic and paid socialadvertising SMSemail private sites direct mail andtelemarketing.

    Location: LondonUK.

    Functions

    1.Create plan deliver and evaluate multichannel compliant insightledsupportercentriccampaigns to enable us to deliver both individualappeal goals as well as/in line with widerorganisationalgoals.Campaigns could include:
    Acquisition throughdigital (paid social advertising) and private sites.
    Development and retention through direct mail email SMS andtelemarketing.
    Campaign asks could range from gaming tocauserelated asks for a oneoff or regulargift.

    2. Deliver fundraising projects andcampaigns to schedule to budget and to a highstandard.

    3. Work collaboratively with internalstakeholders and liaise with external agencies and supplierstoeffectively deliver projects and campaigns.
    Thisincludes:
    Being aware and respectful of differentprocesses timeframes and ways of working.
    Being proactivewith timely and relevant updates or communications.
    Beingopen to feedback and the use of different tools to support projectprogression or
    communications.
    Internal teamscould include Supporter Care Data Digital/Communications ResearchandFinance.

    External partners could includeagencies providing media creative and/or channelspecificfundraisingservices.

    4. Regularly reviewcommunicate and document key performance indicators acrossyour
    campaigns and keep key stakeholders updated. Ensureyou provide commentary to accompanyresults reporting drawing oninsights and the wider picture to add context andmakerecommendations from your learnings.

    5.Accurately record process and reconcile expenditure to ensure valuefor money and accountfor financialresources.

    6. Other duties:
    Supporting other IG colleagues in campaign delivery (e.g. laserproofing ideation and proofreading) or other tasks/projects wherenecessary (e.g. fulfilment stock management or crossteam ways ofworking).
    Shared responsibility to ensure all relevantprocesses and opportunities for improvement areshared.
    Help supporterfacing teams during busy periods.
    Volunteerat events when required (e.g. London Marathon).
    Undertakeany other duties that are relevant to the job as requested by yourlinemanager.

    Requirements

    1. Marketingor direct marketing or marketingqualification.
    2. Previous directmarketing or transferrable experience. This should includeproject
      managing or assisting a project manager to planand deliver activity and evaluateresults.
    3. Familiarity with directmarketing methods to recruit retain and developsupporters.
    4. Able to create and tailorengaging and emotive copy for a range of differentchannels.
    5. Managing supplierrelationships.
    6. Working knowledge of supporterdatabases.

    2. Strong organisationprioritisation and evaluation skills.
    3. Abilityto work quickly accurately andefficiently.
    4. Ability to develop andmaintain effective and collaborative internal andexternal
      relationships.

    6. Fast learner who can usetheir own initiative and workindependently.
    7. Numerate: particularlyfor results reporting.
    8. Good I.T. skills (ExcelWord and Outlook).
    9. Excellent writtenEnglish including spelling and grammar.
    10. Teamplayer with positive proactive attitude.
    11. Goaland resultsorientated.
