Regulatory Reporting Change ManagerBanking & Financial Services
Lead and manage regulatory reporting change initiatives and projects (MUST have BAU Regulatory Reporting rulebook - Basel III, CRD IV, Corep, full Cr2 suite) and what it takes to challenge/change that within a smaller subsidiary
Ensure the company's adherence to regulatory reporting standards
Assist in the development of regulatory reporting procedures and policies
Provide expert advice on regulatory changes within the financial services industry
Drive continuous improvement in the regulatory reporting process
Regulatory Reporting Change Manager
Banking & Financial Services
A successful Regulatory Reporting Change Manager should have:
A solid educational background in finance, accounting, or a related field with qualification
Proficiency in project management and change management methodologies (BUT NOT at the expense of strong BAU Regulatory Reporting exposure)
Excellent knowledge of regulatory reporting standards and procedures
Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
