Delivering full Apprenticeship qualifications in Active Leisure up to Level 3.
Deliveringvia a blended learning approach(Remote/online delivery and some face-to-face learning).
Delivering Functional Skills in Maths and English Level 2.
Meet Assessor KPIs in terms of timely visits, quality paperwork and general administration.
Must hold strongoccupational competency within Fitness/Active Leisure as a General/Fitness Manager.
Must have wet-side experience (specifically with experience in pool/water testing)
Level 2 Certificate in Gym Instruction; Level 3 Certificate/Diploma in Personal Training; Level 3 Nutrition.
Must be confident to deliver Maths and English Functional Skills.
Full driving licence and use of own vehicle.
Similarly so, to be a FE practitioner, in other words, a Trainer, you should hold at a minimum the AET (Level 3 Award in Education and Training) .
