    Program Coordinator / Project manager / PM / Agile / HealthTech / Startup

    Job Title: Graduate Program coordinator

    Location: Central London 3 x per week

    Salary: up to £30,000

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a Graduate Program coordinator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the PMO team with various project-related tasks.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Project Planning and Coordination Support:

    Aid in the creation of project plans and schedules.

    Track project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.

    Maintain project documentation and update project schedules as needed.

    Organize and coordinate project meetings.

    2. Project Reporting and Documentation Assistance:

    Assist in preparing project status reports.

    Document project deliverables and maintain project documentation repositories.

    Create and update project dashboards for visual representation of progress.

    Track project risks and issues and ensure they are properly documented and managed.

    3. Project Communication Facilitation:

    Schedule and coordinate project meetings, ensuring all stakeholders are involved.

    Prepare meeting agendas and minutes to capture discussions and decisions.

    Facilitate clear and effective communication between project stakeholders, including team members, clients, and senior management.

    4. Support in Project Quality Assurance:

    Assist in ensuring adherence to project management processes and standards.

    Conduct project audits to evaluate compliance with established procedures.

    Review project documentation for accuracy and compliance with standards.

    Identify opportunities for improving project management practices and processes.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field.

    Strong organizational and time management skills.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

    Proficiency in project management tools and software.

    Attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
